Lighting of the Riverwoods...

Tonight I took the kiddos to see the Lighting of the Riverwoods. We met up with Jamie, Ben and their kids. I got in line for Santa at 6, not knowing that he wouldn't show up until 7. So, we were in line for an hour and a half. The kids loved it there though.

Jace and I

We got to go and look at all of the gingerbread houses, and vote for our favorite one. This was Jace's favorite because he said that it looked like gold.

Got our picture taken on a nice Harley!

They gave us all a pink sugar cookie for voting for the gingerbread house.

Cole was in heaven...

So was Jace.

Jace with Miss Provo..acting all shy I guess.

Handsome Jace

Finally we got to see Santa. Jace was so excited.

So was Cole.

Gracie, not so much.

At least Santa is looking in this picture.

Silly Gracie, Santa is awesome!
So, Cole went and picked a present from under the tree and went to unwrap it. He asked Santa for a train, and thought that he got to get it right then, it was so cute!

Snow...

So, we got some snow, and the boys were so excited to go out and play in it.

By the time they had breakfast and I got them dressed in all of their snow gear...most of the snow had melted. :(

They were still excited to make some snowballs though.

Hopefully we will get more snow soon for these cute little boys.

My 31st Birthday...

I turned 31 today, and for my birthday we decided to go on the Heber Valley Railroad with the whole family, and also with our friends the Carn's. We have been wanting to go for a while, since the boys still love trains, especially Cole, and I thought that today would be the perfect day, and it was.

  The boys with their tickets.

We went on the Deer Creek Express, and it was perfect. It was 1 1/2 hours round trip which is just the right amount of time having little kids!

They boys loved passing other trains.

Cole thought the train was a little too loud at times and would cover his ears.

We had some nice music.

Sweet Gracie

Love this picture of my boys looking out the window at the river.

Our train almost got robbed too!

They found the money box, but there was nothing in it.
Saw this awesome barn on our journey.

Gracie was reaching for me here, so cute.

Cole was probably hanging out the train window the whole time! This little boys life is trains!

Sure do love him!

Justin with all of the kids, only lasted a minute or so...

All of us on one little bench looking out the train window.

Jace being silly.

Had to get some family pictures outside with the train.

Jace and Cole loved climbing all over it.

They loved running on the train tracks.

Then we headed to Don Pedro's for some dinner. Gotta love wearing the big sombrero and getting fried ice cream...so yummy!

11 Months...

Gracie turned 11 months today. She is still the best baby ever. She is doing better sleeping at night. Sometimes she gets up once, but I can handle once. She is still a great nurser. She is a super fast crawler and loves cruising along furniture and walls. She is going to take off any day now walking. When she is really happy she screams really loud, it is so cute. We just love her to pieces.
