Early this morning we headed out to Topaz Mountain as a family with Grandpa Burrup, Braden and Melissa's Family, and some of their friends. We started out looking/digging for Topaz. The kids loved exploring, hiking, and digging. Justin found the biggest piece. Since my birthstone is Topaz, maybe I should have it turned into some nice jewelry... Then we had lunch and headed to a Geode Mine. That was my favorite party. We got 2 bucks full of geodes. Then we went along the old Pony Express Trail and stopped at some landmarks. Fun day with too many dirt roads!
