Today 7 of us(Jamie, Ben, Stephanie, Shawn, Shalane, Justin and myself) headed to Canyons Bike Park to do some mountain biking. Ben had a bad wreck a few minutes in and Stephanie wrecked a few times too and hurt her ankle, so they had to sit out the rest of the time. The rest of us had a blast! I absolutely love mountain biking! I love the rush and being slightly out of control. I went down the Flying Salmon trail 4 times, the White Rabbit trail once and the Wild Mouse trail twice. We took a half hour bike ride into town to drop the bikes off too which was a lot of fun. Then we spent the rest of the day swimming and chatting. Can't believe we head home tomorrow, it went by too fast.
