This morning Jody Boyack and I headed up to Pleasant Grove canyon for some goga. Yoga with goats. It was freezing and even started snowing. My hands and feet went numb. The goats were cute and the yoga was rather entertaining with the goats. KSL news was filming it, so I will probably make it onto TV.
